PA and Driver Job Description

Marcilly Recruitment's UHNW client based in Dubai, UAE is looking for a brilliant PA to support the principal with his daily personal duties as well as driving him around and being on hand for anything required. They are looking for an adaptable, hands-on person who the principal can get on well with. The successful PA must be willing to turn their hand to a range of tasks - no task is too big or too small!

They are ideally looking for someone who is passionate about sport, health and wellness to line up with the principal's interests and day to day.

This is a great role where there is scope to make it your own and broaden your remit across the family in time. The successful candidate will be personable, discreet, professional and flexible with any last-minute changes to schedules.

Salary: AED 20K-28K per month - could be a little flex for the perfect candidate

Benefits: Meydan free zone visa; medical insurance; 30 days holiday; discretionary bonus

Hours: 09:00 - 18:00 - but some flexibility when needed for appointments etc

Location: Dubai, UAE

Start date: ASAP - ideally you will be available immediately

The family home is fully staffed with nannies, housekeepers, a driver and a House Manager & PA for the wife, so the successful PA must be a good team player. The PA will work closely with the other PA & House Manager. This is a role which you can make your own as the family have so much going on both in the UAE and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Full lifestyle support
• Calendar management and booking all appointments
• Managing all activities and joining in when needed
• Villa maintenance and project management
• Liaising with Family Office
• Household staff coordination
• Travel management
• Vehicle and transport management
• Driving the principal to appointments
• Managing the principal's health and wellness, medical appointments, insurance etc.
• Expense management and staying on top of budgets
• Global Property liaison

Candidate Requirements

• 4 years + PA experience or private household experience
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent speaking and writing skills
• Driver with a clean licence
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Interest in sport is highly desirable
• Discretion, loyalty and confidentiality
• Proficiency in office software, apps, Google Drive, technology tools
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills
• Professional demeanour and a proactive attitude
• Prior experience working in the UAE is attractive but not a must

The ideal candidate will be available immediately and be experienced supporting UHNW households. Previous UAE experience is attractive but not essential. Personality fit and the right attitude will win here!
