Family Medical Associates of Raleigh is a successful physician-owned family medicine practice established in 1987 and located in Raleigh, North Carolina. We are seeking a full-time Physican, MD or DO, to join our staff of four physicians, two nurse practitioners, and two physician assistants. We are seeking a board-certified family physician who is motivated, team oriented, and dedicated to quality patient care and service. This physician will work in collaboration with a supervising physician to provide comprehensive, individualized health care to patients of all ages in our private Family Medicine practice.

Our practice serves a diverse population of patients and is deeply rooted in the community. We excel in providing high-quality, patient-focused, value-based care.

Family Medical Associates of Raleigh provider benefits include:

  • Outpatient only practice with no hospital responsibilities
  • Monday through Friday schedule with 36 patient contact hours.

Qualifications MD/DO:

  • Education: Hold a Doctor of Medicine degree (MD) or a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree (DO) from an accredited program.
  • Licensure/Approval to Practice as a MD or DO in North Carolina.
  • Must be board certified by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), American Board of Osteopathic Association (AOA), or other relevant boards.
  • Experience: Primary Care Experience preferred.

Candidates should be:

  • Committed to patient-centered care.
  • Able to work collaboratively with all members of the health care team.
  • Able to diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, perform minor out-patient procedures, provide patient education and counseling, offer health education and disease prevention advice, and coordinate care management and care transitions.
