About the Position:

We are seeking a Family Physician (MD/DO) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) who is passionate about:

• Delivering comprehensive primary care
• Practicing functional lifestyle medicine for disease prevention and reversal
• Providing whole-person wound care, not just symptom management
• Working in a collaborative, team-based environment that supports professional growth

This position is ideal for providers who want to go beyond prescriptions and procedures to focus on the upstream causes of disease and disability.

Qualifications:

• Licensed MD, DO, or FNP in the State of Minnesota (or in progress)
• Experience or strong interest in lifestyle medicine, functional medicine, or integrative care
• Wound care experience is a plus—but training will be provided for the right candidate
• Excellent communication and patient education skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $55.00 – $70.00 per hour (FNP); Competitive salary for MD/DO based on experience

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with or certification in lifestyle medicine
• Interest or background in wound care and chronic disease management

Location: On-site in Rochester, MN and/or mobile
Education:

• MD, DO, or Master's/Doctoral in Nursing (NP)

License/Certification:

• Minnesota license (Required or in process)
