What Makes This Role Special?

This isn’t your typical clinic gig. You’ll step into a community-first, patient-centered medical home (PCMH) environment where relationships matter, access is everything, and your voice is valued. You'll be working with a tight-knit care team dedicated to compassionate, whole-person medicine—on farms, in schools, at outreach events, and right here in our health centers.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide holistic, hands-on care across the lifespan—diagnosing, treating, and preventing
• Collaborate with nurses, LPNs, case managers, and support staff in a team-based model
• Coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, and community programs
• Participate in pre-visit huddles, quality initiatives, and care planning
• Maintain detailed, timely documentation (EHR)
• Meet patients where they are—literally and figuratively—with empathy, insight, and purpose

What You Bring:

• MD or DO, licensed in South Carolina
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• CPR & ACLS (or willing to obtain within 12 months)
• Strong communicator with a collaborative, can-do spirit
• Clinical experience in community, rural, or underserved care is a plus
• Above all, a caring heart and a servant mindset
