Family Physician with Behavioral Health

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Family Medicine Physician with a strong interest and experience in behavioral health medication management to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing a diverse patient population with complex medical and behavioral health needs, working closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

Your Role as a Family Physician in Behavioral Health:

  • Provide primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention, to a diverse patient population.
  • Integrate behavioral health medication management into primary care services, collaborating with behavioral health specialists to develop and manage treatment plans.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary care team, including therapists, behavioral health consultants, and community health workers, to address patients’ needs.
  • Support culturally responsive care through continuous learning
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
  • Valid Missouri medical license
  • Interest and experience in Behavioral Health medication management; additional training or certification in behavioral health is a plus.
  • Demonstrated commitment to serving culturally diverse and underserved populations.
