Family Practice Physician needed for clinic coverage - next 3 months

Our agency is in need of an MD/DO to assist with PRN coverage for union member/family based health clinic in Channahon, IL.

Details:

Clinic Hours: M/W 8am-5pm, Tues 9am-5pm, Thurs 9am-7pm, Fri 8am-4:30pm Lunch 12pm-12:30pm

Current Dates of coverage needed:

October: 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 17, 23, 24, 31

November: 3, 4, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 18, 19, 20, 21, 24, 25, 26, ,28

December: 5, 12, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 22, 23, 26, 29, 30

Clinic provides primary care, wellness visits & prescriptions to employees, their families & members of a local union

8-10 patients per day typical

Full staff

Athena EMR - will train

$130 per hour

Paid malpractice, shadow training & module training

Requirements:

Must have active IL licensure

Must have 2+ years experience in family medicine as an MD/DO

Must be BC

Must have clean medical and criminal background
