Family Practice - With OB Physician

Location: 11 sites across LA near Venice Beach. Provider assigned to 1 2 home clinics.

Reason for Coverage: Holiday and 2026 coverage (vacations, leaves, illness). Need for 3 FTEs.

Contract Length: 6 months, ongoing if a good fit.

Schedule: 5x8s starting at 8 AM (some 12s possible, no 4x10s).

Availability: Flexible ideally 4 weeks/month, but partial coverage accepted.

Start Date: Nov/Dec 2025 (TBD).

EMR: Epic.

Support Staff: MA, RN, LVN, Behavioral Health onsite.

Patient Load: 18/day.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience (Family Med or Internal Med)

• Spanish a plus

• BLS, ACLS, BC/BE

• Clean malpractice (case-by-case review)

• Active CA license (no licensing assistance)
