Type - Full Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:-
- Patient Care: Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions while providing high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Clinical Procedures: Conduct procedures within the scope of practice and clinical protocols.
- Collaborative Practice: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.
- Chronic Disease Management: Provide ongoing care, monitoring, and education for patients with chronic illnesses to improve health outcomes.
- Health Promotion: Participate in health promotion, disease prevention, and patient education initiatives.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential electronic health records (EHR).
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and facility standards and regulations.
Qualifications:-
- Current and unrestricted North Carolina Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date).
- National board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (preferably in Primary Care or Occupational Health).
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic, and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and culturally sensitive approach to care.
- Exposure to Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) preferred but not required.
