Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

We are seeking a dedicatedand experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growingAdvanced Primary Care team in Tucson, AZ. The ideal candidate will bring strongclinical expertise in Family Practice or Primary Care, with proficiency incaring for patients across the lifespan-from pediatrics to geriatrics. This positionoffers the opportunity to practice in a supportive, team-based environmentfocused on value-based, patient-centered care.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of anaccredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with BoardCertification.
• Active, unrestricted NP orPA license in the state of Arizona.
• Minimum of 2-5 years ofdirectly applicable experience in family or primary care (3 years ideal foradvanced primary care model).
• Experience working withchildren through older adults (pediatrics to geriatrics).
• Preference for candidateswith strong job stability and limited or no hospital experience.
• Active DEA license, BLScertification, and Arizona fingerprint clearance card required.
• Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in anintegrated team-based care model.
• Willingness and ability toadapt to a value-based care environment.
• Superior patient service andinterpersonal relationship skills.
• Basic computer proficiency,including experience with EMR systems.
• Appropriate certification toprescribe under the authority of a collaborating physician or medical director.
