Join Our Team: Family Resiliency Unit - Program Support

Are you organized, welcoming, and detail-driven? Do you enjoy being the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly? We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to play a key role in supporting our Family Resiliency Unit.

What You’ll Do

In this dynamic position, you’ll be at the heart of daily operations—helping both staff and participants feel supported, informed, and valued.

Front Desk & Administrative Support

  • Greet participants and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
  • Maintain organized files and accurate records
  • Prepare and process program paperwork and packets
  • Order and track office supplies
  • Manage shared resources such as car keys and general office materials
  • Provide general clerical support including typing and document preparation

Quality Assurance Support

  • Assist with file and service plan reviews to ensure compliance and quality standards
  • Support monitoring of EES reports and related documentation
  • Help verify that referrals are completed and properly documented
  • Track and ensure required participant contact standards are met
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the Family Resiliency Unit

A high school diploma and whatever additional education and work experience provide the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
