We're hiring:

Family Support Practitioners for our Family Hub services, Location: Nottinghamshire (Bassetlaw). Employer Nottinghamshire County Council.

Do you want to make a real difference in the lives of children & families? Join our Family Hub teams & help children & families get the right support at the right time.

From pregnancy through to age 19, you'll:

  • Deliver 1-1 support & parenting programmes.
  • Work with partners across health, education & social care.
    • Empower families to thrive in their homes & communities.

What we're looking for:

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).
  • 3+ years experience with children & families
  • We are particularly looking for applicants with experience of working with families of school age children & teenagers
  • Strong interpersonal skills & a passion for meeting the wholistic needs of families

Flexible working across family hubs, family homes & community venues. Occasional evenings/weekends.
