Compensation: $3300-$3400/week

Job Overview

Mountain Health Family Medicine is seeking a dedicated Family/Internal Medicine Physician to provide high-quality primary care to patients in a community-focused healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations, including the elderly, and be committed to delivering compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, with a focus on family and internal medicine.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop patient-centered care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Perform routine exams, preventive screenings, and vaccinations.
• Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community health programs.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate from an accredited school of medicine (MD or DO).
• Experience: Completion of clinical training required; 1 year post-clinical training preferred. Experience in community health centers and with elderly populations preferred.
• Licensure/Certification:
• Current CA MD or DO license (required)
• DEA license (required)
• Board certified or eligible in primary care specialty
• CPR/BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (preferred)
• Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred; proficiency in Medical Spanish highly valued.
