Farm & Fulfillment Associate (General Labor - Outdoor / Warehouse Work)

Simply Trees is hiring dependable, hardworking team members for an operations role combining farm work, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment.

This is a very physical job that includes time outdoors working with plants, as well as indoor warehouse tasks like packing and shipping orders. If you enjoy staying busy, working with your hands, and being part of a growing team - this is a great opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Unload, quality check, and organize inbound deliveries (plants, trees, materials, inventory)
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist with inventory organization and stock management
• Perform outdoor nursery farm tasks, including moving plants, watering, and general upkeep
• Maintain plant health
• Keep warehouse and outdoor areas clean, safe, and organized
• Work closely with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly

What This Job Is Like

• On your feet most of the day (walking, lifting, moving items)
• Mix of warehouse and outside nursery work
• Fast-paced, especially during busy shipping days
• Hands-on, physical work - not a desk job

What We’re Looking For

• English and/or Spanish speaking (bilingual preferred, but not required)
• Reliable and shows up on time, ready to work
• Strong work ethic and good attitude
• Comfortable with physical labor and working outdoors
• Able to lift 30-40lbs regularly
• Detail-oriented when packing and handling orders
• Team player who takes initiative

Previous Experience (Not Required)

• Working with plants, trees, or landscaping
• Operating material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, excavators, etc.)

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
