Job Description / Responsibility

Job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agricultural Engineer or Technical Diploma holder to join our team as a Farm General Manager in Riyadh.

Role:

• Oversee all farm operations
• Improve productivity and crop quality
• Implement modern agricultural techniques and technologies
• Lead and develop farm staff

Educational Requirements

• Diploma in Agriculture
• Skills Required: Agriculture, Farm Management, Microsoft PowerPoint, Animal Feed, Vegetable Cultivation, Microsoft Excel, Fruit tree plantation and management, Vegetables Blanching

Experience Requirements

• 10 to 15 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Fisheries, Farming, Agro based Startup

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in modern farming
• Proven expertise in growing vegetables and fruits
• Strong experience in:
• Greenhouse farming
• Hydroponic systems
• Drip irrigation technology
• Ability to manage farm operations, teams, and production planning effectively
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Good IT and digital systems skills (farm management software, automation, reporting)
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (PPT) for reporting and presentations
