Job Title: Farm Help & Outdoor Maintenance (Saturdays)

Location: Greensboro / Summerfield, NC
Pay: $15.00 per hour (paid at the end of the workday)
Schedule: Most Saturdays (weather permitting); occasional Sundays
Job Type: Part-time (No benefits)
Start Date: Starting Immediately

Do you enjoy working outdoors and staying active? We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to help maintain our property and farm in the Greensboro/Summerfield area. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who takes pride in a job well done.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Property Upkeep:
Mowing large areas, weed trimming, blowing leaves, clearing trails, cleaning gutters, clearing brush, and maintaining areas around the pond. Work may involve using equipment such as riding mowers, weed trimmers, blowers, ladders, and other outdoor maintenance tools.

General Tasks:
Cleaning out buildings, repairing fences, painting barns/fencing, and general sanitation and sweeping.

Outdoor Projects:
Cutting small trees and occasional assistance around horses (must be comfortable around animals). Experience with outdoor equipment is preferred but not required; training can be provided.

What We’re Looking For:

Reliability:
Must be dependable and available to work most Saturdays, weather permitting. Consistent attendance and arriving on time are essential for this position.

Independence:
Must be able to work alone at times with minimal supervision.

Focus:
Personal phone use must be limited and must not interfere with job duties.

Age & Transportation:
Must be at least 16 years old and have reliable transportation to and from the job site.

Physical Ability:
Must be comfortable with manual labor and working in various weather conditions.

Workplace Standards:
Drug-free workplace. Drug or alcohol use while working is strictly prohibited.

Background Check:
A background check may be required prior to employment.

Important Note:
This is a part-time, labor-focused position and does not include a benefits package.

Work is weather-dependent. Some weekends may be canceled or shortened due to rain or unsafe working conditions.
