Farm Maintenance/Landscaping/Construction

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking laborer to support the daily operations and improvement of a working farm property. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in a job well done, and appreciates an active, outdoor lifestyle.

Responsibilities Include:

Landscaping and gardening

Tree work (pruning, felling, cutting, chopping)

Fence repair and installation

Basic repair and maintenance of farm equipment and vehicles

Shed construction and general carpentry projects

Painting (stripping, scarping, sanding, finishing)

Cleaning and organizing barns and sheds

Installing and repairing water lines

Other general property maintenance and improvement projects

Requirements:

Self motivated and productive

Takes initiative with strong problem solving skills

Capable of physical, outdoor work in all seasons

Interested in being part of a farm lifestyle

Nonsmoker/vaper, no drugs or heavy drinking

Compensation and Housing:

Starting salary commensurate with experience

Modest on-site housing available for one individual

Potential for larger housing to accommodate a couple or family available starting late summer

Background check, landlord references, and security deposit for housing will be required.
