Job Title: Farm Manager 📍 Location: New Alamein City, Egypt Job Summary: We are hiring an experienced Farm Manager with deep expertise in managing fruit farms—grapes, peaches, or mangoes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all farming operations, improving productivity and fruit quality, and leading a large agricultural team using modern and sustainable practices.Key Responsibilities: Supervise and plan daily agricultural operations: irrigation, fertilization, pruning, pest control, harvesting, etc. Execute seasonal crop plans in coordination with senior management. Monitor plant health and ensure the production of high-quality fruit. Lead and manage farm labor teams efficiently. Implement integrated pest management and sustainable agriculture techniques. Ensure efficient use of water, fertilizers, and agrochemicals. Prepare regular reports on production, resources, issues, and recommendations. Oversee compliance with health and safety standards on-site. Coordinate with post-harvest, quality, and packaging teams. Manage maintenance of farm equipment and irrigation systems. Control production costs and improve overall farm profitability. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field. Minimum 15 years of proven experience managing fruit farms, specifically grapes, peaches, or mangoes. Strong knowledge of modern farming methods and technologies. Experience in managing seasonal and permanent agricultural workers. Problem-solving mindset with strong decision-making capabilities. Familiarity with farm management systems and data reporting tools. Experience in export-quality fruit production is a plus. Key Skills: Strong leadership and team management.
