Farm Manager - Admin & Laision Works

Farm Manager :Key Responsibilities1. Farm Operations Management

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily farm operations
• Ensure smooth functioning of crop production, harvesting, and post-harvest handling
• Monitor farm infrastructure, equipment, and utilities

2. Resource & Input Management

• Manage inputs such as seeds, nutrients, fertilizers, water, and pesticides
• Optimize water, energy, and nutrient usage to reduce costs and wastage
• Maintain inventory and procurement planning

3. Team & Labor Management

• Recruit, train, and supervise farm staff and labor
• Assign daily tasks and ensure discipline, safety, and productivity
• Maintain attendance, performance records, and compliance

4. Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with agronomists, suppliers, consultants, and buyers
• Support marketing, logistics, and dispatch planning
• Act as the key point of contact for farm-related activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
