1) Farm Production Planning and Operations
· The Farm Production Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing all farm production activities to ensure efficient, sustainable, and high-quality output.
· Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and oversee seasonal and long-term production plans, including crop selection, plantation schedules, and yield targets.
· Operational Oversight: Ensure day-to-day farm operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and agricultural best practices.
· Resource Optimization: Manage labour, machinery, materials, and inputs to maximize productivity while controlling costs.
2) Waste Management and Sustainability
· Oversee waste management processes to ensure environmentally responsible and efficient farm operations.
· Agricultural Waste Management: Implement systems for handling organic waste, by-products, and unused materials in compliance with environmental regulations.
· Sustainability Practices: Promote composting, recycling, and reuse of farm waste to reduce environmental impact and support sustainable farming practices.
· Compliance and Monitoring: Ensure adherence to local Kuwaiti environmental, safety, and waste-disposal regulations.
3) Quality Control and Production Standards
· Ensure that all farm outputs meet required quality, safety, and consistency standards.
· Quality Assurance Systems: Develop and implement quality control procedures for crops and farm products at all stages of production.
· Inspection and Monitoring: Regularly inspect plantations, harvested products, and storage areas to maintain high standards.
· Continuous Improvement: Identify production issues and implement corrective actions to improve quality and reduce losses.
4) Irrigation, Water Management, and Aggregation
· Manage irrigation systems and water usage to ensure optimal crop growth and efficient resource utilization.
· Irrigation Planning and Control: Oversee watering schedules, systems, and techniques tailored to different crops and plantation areas.
· Water Efficiency and Conservation: Implement water-saving technologies and practices to reduce waste and improve sustainability.
· Aggregation and Distribution Support: Coordinate harvesting, aggregation, and internal logistics to ensure smooth movement of farm produce.
5) Automation and Production Technology
· Lead the implementation and management of automation and modern technologies in farm production.
· Automation of Production Procedures: Introduce and oversee automated systems for irrigation, fertilization, monitoring, and harvesting where applicable.
· Data-Driven Farming: Utilize farm data, sensors, and monitoring tools to improve production efficiency and decision-making.
· Technology Optimization: Work closely with technical teams and suppliers to maintain and enhance automated systems.
6) Plantation Management and Crop Development
· Oversee all plantation activities to ensure healthy growth, optimal yields, and long-term farm productivity.

· Crop Health Monitoring: Supervise pest control, disease prevention, and soil health management programs.
