Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate open field and greenhouse staff in day-to-day operations
• Monitor plant health, irrigation systems, and nutrient management
• Maintain climate control systems for optimal growing conditions
• Implement pest and disease management strategies
• Oversee planting, pruning, harvesting, and post-harvest activities
• Maintain records on crop performance, labor, and inventory
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
• Train and motivate team members for improved efficiency and productivity
• Assist with planning and implementing production schedules

Requirements:

• Proven experience in vegetable farming in open field and greenhouse operations
• Knowledge of plant biology, pest control management, and climate control systems
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with greenhouse technologies and automation systems is a plus
• Diploma or degree in Agriculture or Crop Science, or related field preferred

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Fujairah and Al-Ain : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work in MUST

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Commercial Vegetable Farming: 3 years (Preferred)
