Position Overview:
We are seeking friendly, reliable waitstaff to provide excellent customer service in a unique farm setting. This role involves serving food and beverages, assisting guests, and helping create a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere for visitors enjoying the farm experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver meals and drinks in a timely manner
- Explain menu items, including farm-grown or locally sourced products
- Assist with farm events such as dinners, weddings, and seasonal gatherings
- Set up and break down dining areas, including indoor and outdoor spaces
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and common spaces
- Handle cash and/or process payments (if applicable)
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Prior serving or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays/lift up to 25 lbs

Work Environment:
This position takes place on a working farm and may include outdoor service, uneven terrain, and a casual, rustic setting.
Pay: $7.25 - $15.00 per hour
