Responsibilities

Comfortable taking initiative, solving problems, setting strategy.

Proven track record of results in insurance sales, agency management, or a related industry.

Strong leadership and coaching ability: you attract and develop talent with our support.

Comfortable using data/analytics in decision-making

High integrity, personal accountability, strong communication skills.

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
  • Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
  • Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.

Requirements

  • Must be willing to complete and pass an initial background check.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • A Property & Casualty insurance license is required, licensing assistance available if needed.
  • A Life & Health Insurance license is required, licensing assistance available if needed.
  • Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.
  • Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
