Our Farmers Insurance agency is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Licensed Insurance Producer to join our growing sales team. Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Requirements

  • Active California Property & Casualty (or Personal Lines) license required
  • Verifiable track record of insurance sales and production
  • Prior insurance sales or customer service experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs
  • Present customized coverage solutions across auto, home, life, and commercial products
  • Conduct thorough policy reviews to ensure clients are properly protected and identify coverage gaps
  • Proactively generate new business through referrals, networking, outbound outreach, and marketing initiatives
  • Prepare accurate quotes and follow up consistently to convert opportunities into sales
  • Maintain detailed and compliant client records using agency systems
  • Cross-sell additional products to strengthen client relationships and improve retention
