We’re Freya, a fast-growing Los Angeles–based plant-based soup brand. Our bottled soups are fresh, vegan, and packed with protein, probiotics, and 10+ vegetables and herbs. Customers love us because they’re both delicious and healing, restaurant-quality and chef-made, convenient, and designed to nourish the gut.

Our mission:

• Create the best convenient soups that taste incredible and make it easy to eat more vegetables and plant protein.
• Support regenerative farming - we source from farms that care for the soil and the planet.
• Reduce industrial animal production by giving people a healthier, tastier plant-based option.

We’re currently expanding across farmers markets, retail, and online.

About the Role

We’re looking for someone to own and grow our farmers market channel. This isn’t just a booth job - it’s the heartbeat of our business. You’ll be responsible for selling at markets, managing logistics, and making sure each market thrives. Think of this as being the face of Freya at the markets.

What You’ll Do

• Sell directly at farmers markets (must love talking to people!)
• Manage market logistics: set-up, break-down, and inventory
• Drive to different markets (car required)
• Load/unload heavy coolers with product
• Keep sales positive, fun, and customer-focused
• Grow the market program as our key revenue channel

What We’re Looking For

• A people person - warm, energetic, thrives in community spaces
• Strong sales instincts, loves closing sales
• Reliable and responsible - treats this channel like their own business
• Physically able to lift coolers (30–60 lbs)
• Car required for transporting product
• Experience in food, farmers markets, or retail sales is a plus

Hours & Pay

• Part-time to start (weekdays + some weekends) with potential to grow into full-time
• Pay: $16.5 hourly + sales incentives
