FASHION BRAND STRATEGIST / CONTENT SPECIALIST ✦ WOMEN ONLY ✦

We are looking for a Brand Strategist / Content Specialist to become a core part of our growth. You will be responsible for elevating our aesthetic, shaping our storytelling, and bringing the HNDZ world to life across platforms.

✦ ABOUT THE ROLE

You will work directly with the founder to build our brand into a recognizable, emotionally-driven, globally-inspired brand.

Your job is to make HNDZ feel like a brand: visually, emotionally, and strategically.

This is a hybrid role that blends:
✔ Content creation
✔ Brand strategy
✔ Trend research
✔ Storytelling
✔ Visual direction
✔ Campaign planning

You will help shape the entire public presence of HNDZ.

✦ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand & Strategy

• Develop a clear, cohesive brand identity across all platforms
• Build monthly content calendars aligned with drops and campaigns
• Maintain consistent messaging and tone of voice
• Assist in shaping the “HNDZ world” (themes, visuals, storytelling)

Content Creation

• Film BTS, packaging, drops, photoshoot moments, and founder POV
• Create TikToks/Reels that feel natural, aesthetic, and trend-aware
• Edit videos in a fast, clean, brand-aligned style
• Capture content with models and assist with directing shoots
• Produce lifestyle and aesthetic content in line with brand vision

Marketing

• Research trends, sounds, formats, and posting across platforms strategies
• Create content specifically optimized for paid ads
• Analyze content performance and continuously improve results
• Support influencer campaigns with creative direction and deliverables

Creative Support

• Assist in moodboards, drop branding themes, and visual direction
• Help plan concept shoots for campaigns and pop-ups
• Support the founder with visual storytelling and creative executions
