Fashion Supervisor Responsibilities (Fashion Brand – Dubai Showroom, Retail & Production)

• Oversee day-to-day operations across the showroom, retail floor, and production areas to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality workflow.
• Supervise and support all staff - including sales associates, production team, tailors, admin, and coordinators - ensuring accountability and strong performance.
• Maintain clear communication between departments, ensuring production, retail, and management are always aligned.
• Monitor production timelines, approve job cards, track orders, and ensure all items are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Ensure the showroom is always clean, organized, and visually aligned with the brand’s luxury identity.
• Oversee customer experience in the showroom, including client greetings, styling support, fittings, and complaint resolution.
• Manage staff scheduling, punctuality, attendance, and overall discipline to meet operational needs.
• Conduct regular quality control checks on finished garments and samples before approval.
• Implement and enforce brand standards, company policies, and operational procedures.
• Support hiring processes, onboarding, staff training, and ongoing performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with the brand owner on weekly priorities, special client orders, and upcoming launches.
• Coordinate with the content team for showroom coverage, BTS videos, and production-related content needs.
• Monitor inventory of fabrics, trims, packaging, and showroom supplies; ensure timely replenishment.
• Handle basic admin duties, documentation, and filing related to production, vendor invoices, and customer orders.
• Address operational issues quickly and professionally, ensuring minimal disruptions.
• Report daily to the brand owner on production status, staff performance, showroom updates, and any challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
