We're Hiring! Part-Time Sales Associate → Future Keyholder Clothes Mentor West Chester

Every day at Clothes Mentor is a treasure hunt — and we need someone who's HERE for it.

We're looking for evening and weekend team members who are fun, fast, and fashion-obsessed. You'll start as a Sales Associate with a clear path to Keyholder/Shift Lead... and we move people up FAST when they're the real deal.

The job? You'll be buying gently used clothing, shoes, and accessories from our community — deciding what's hot, what'll sell, and what our customers will love. Trend knowledge is everything here.

You're our person if you:

• Know what's trending right now (seriously, we'll ask!)
• Are quick on a computer — data entry and brand research are daily tasks
• Are comfortable showing up on social media (posting and being on camera is part of the job — not optional!)
• Love working as a team and can hustle when it's busy
• Are a natural leader who makes things fun

Requirements: Fashion trend knowledge, computer skills, social media comfort, ability to lift 40 lbs, stand for extended periods, evening/weekend availability.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
