Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fashion Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in fashion retail, preferably in the luxury segment. The candidate should be capable of delivering high quality customer service, solving client issues efficiently, and maintaining the brand's reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
• Assist clients in selecting luxury evening dresses, offering styling advice and personalized service.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of our product range and upcoming collections.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Ensure the store is well presented and stocked.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in store events and promotions to engage customers and drive sales.
• Maintain client relationships through excellent interpersonal skills and follow up.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fashion retail, preferably in luxury fashion.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for fashion.
• Excellent problem solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work 6 days a week, 8 hours per day.
• High level of professionalism and understanding of high class service standards.
