Job Title: Fashion Consultant – Online Couture Sales

Bigello is hiring a Fashion Consultant to manage and convert website-based couture inquiries for one of our prestigious luxury couture clients. Clients may be local—requiring in-studio appointments—or international, requiring virtual consultations .

You will work from our office, with occasional visits to the client’s couture studio for meetings, fittings, and client updates.

• Manage all website couture inquiries on behalf of the client.
• Conduct in-person consultations for local clients and virtual consultations for international clients.
• Understand client needs, discuss budgets, and propose couture options accordingly.
• Coordinate studio appointments, fittings, and timeline updates.
• Work closely with the client’s design, production, and dispatch teams.
• Maintain inquiry logs, manage leads, and meet monthly sales targets.

• Experience in couture sales, luxury client handling, or fashion retail preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in dealing with premium clientele and high-value orders.
• Ability to work flexible hours based on inquiry flow.
• Organized, proactive, and self-driven.
