Fashion Consultant

Nspire Women’s Attire is looking for a confident, well-presented Female Fashion Sales Associate who has a strong sense of style and enjoys working closely with customers to help them look and feel their best.

This role is ideal for someone who understands body types, styling, and personal shopping, and can convert walk-ins into happy, repeat customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and understand their styling needs
• Suggest outfits based on body type, occasion, comfort & trends
• Provide end-to-end styling assistance (fits, pairings, accessories)
• Handle billing & POS operations accurately
• Maintain store presentation, garment display & cleanliness
• Build customer relationships for repeat visits
• Assist with stock handling and basic inventory checks

Required Skills & Qualities

• Female candidate (boutique floor role)
• Excellent communication skills in English + local language
• Strong fashion sense & personal presentation
• Ability to style customers confidently and respectfully
• Comfortable with billing software / POS systems
• Friendly, confident, and customer-first attitude

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in women’s fashion retail / boutique sales
• Knowledge of western wear styling
• Prior billing or cashier experience
