Core Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively seeking new sales opportunities through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, networking, and social selling.
- Presentations & Demos: Preparing and delivering tailored presentations or live product demonstrations to address specific client pain points.
- Negotiation & Closing: Balancing company profit margins with client needs to finalize contracts, pricing, and delivery terms.
- Account Management: Building rapport with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Reporting & CRM Management: Consistently updating CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot to track the sales pipeline and provide data-driven forecasts to management.
- Market Analysis: Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and advise product development teams.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is typically preferred.
