Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers with warmth, ensuring a personalized and delightful shopping experience.
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products and styling options.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of collections, product details, and ongoing promotions.
Ensure the boutique’s visual presentation aligns with brand standards.
Achieve individual and store sales targets through excellent client engagement.
Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and order coordination.
Build long-term customer relationships and manage client follow-ups.
Handle billing, packaging, and post-sale services with attention to detail.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail fashion, luxury, or boutique sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for fashion, styling, and customer engagement.
Well-groomed and presentable at all times.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)
