Key Responsibilities

Design & Product Development.

Conceptualise, design, and create women’s western wear aligned with Reistor’s brand DNA.

Propose designs, sketches, colour palettes, and mood boards linked to seasonal concepts.

Translate concepts into technically sound designs through drawings and mock-ups.

Create detailed technical drawings in Adobe Illustrator based on hand sketches and/or 3D sketches.

Ensure accuracy in measurement specifications and garment construction details.

Maintain updated collection overviews, progress reports, and design documentation.

Prepare for and participate in design meetings and presentations.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with design, product, and production teams, including masters and artisans.

Photoshoot & Digital Content

Assist in editing photoshoot images for website and social media use.

Edit and create reels and short-form video content for Instagram and other digital platforms.

Support the team in maintaining a cohesive visual aesthetic aligned with the brand’s identity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
