Fashion Designer

We are looking for a creative and passionate Fashion Designer with 2 to 4 years of professional experience in the fashion industry. The ideal candidate should be innovative, detail-oriented, and skilled in designing leather bags, jackets, and related products that are modern, stylish, and market-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

Research global and local fashion trends in leather bags and jackets.

Develop sketches, mood boards, and digital illustrations for new leather collections.

Select high-quality leather, fabrics, trims, and accessories.

Coordinate with production teams to ensure accurate execution of leather designs.

Review samples and make necessary adjustments for final approval.

Stay updated with seasonal trends, customer preferences, and market demand.

Collaborate with merchandisers and marketing teams to align designs with brand identity.

Qualifications / Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in fashion design (preferably leather products).

Strong knowledge of leather types, finishes, and fashion trends.

Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.).

Understanding of pattern making, stitching, and leather garment/bag construction.

Creative mindset with strong sketching and visualization skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
