Pattern Making & Stitching Oversight:

Draft patterns or modify existing patterns for custom designs.

Collaborate with tailors/sewing staff to ensure accurate execution of designs.

Check fittings and make necessary adjustments to achieve perfect garment fit.

Trend Analysis:

Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, fabrics, and sewing techniques.

Recommend new collections or fabric assortments to enhance store offerings.

Quality Control:

Ensure all finished garments meet quality standards in stitching, finishing, and presentation.

Address and resolve customer feedback regarding fit, design, or quality.

Store Support:

Occasionally assist in merchandising, visual display, and fabric inventory management.

Provide training or guidance to junior staff on stitching or design techniques.
