Fashion Designer

We are looking for a Fashion Designer with strong knowledge of traditional and contemporary Indian wear. The ideal candidate should understand design development for blouses, salwar suits, lehengas, and dresses for women, men, and kids. You’ll collaborate closely with the tailoring and embroidery teams to translate creative ideas discussed and customized with clients into beautifully finished garments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and conceptualize traditional and contemporary outfits for women, men, and kids.
• Develop sketches, embroidery layouts, and color–fabric combinations.
• Create custom blouse, salwar, and lehenga designs based on client preferences.
• Transfer designs onto paper or fabric using pencil sketches or digital formats.
• Coordinate with the tailoring and embroidery teams for accurate execution.
• Conduct client consultations to understand requirements and suggest suitable designs.
• Supervise fittings, alterations, and final finishing of garments.
• Stay updated on fashion trends, fabrics, and embellishment techniques.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Indian ethnic and fusion wear design.
• Understanding of embroidery, surface ornamentation, and pattern detailing.
• Ability to sketch and translate ideas manually or digitally for production.
• Good sense of color, proportion, and finishing quality.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients and team members.
• Formal education in Fashion Design / Apparel Design is preferred.

Added Advantage:

• Prior experience working with boutique or custom design projects.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 56 per week
