They oversee the entire production process, from initial concept to final product, collaborating with pattern makers, manufacturers, and other team members to ensure the product is delivered within the expected time.

Core responsibilities

• Design and conceptualization: Research current trends, develop new ideas.
• Material selection: Choose and collaborate with manufacturers on fabrics, colors, patterns, and trims that fit the design and brand identity.
• Production oversight: Guide the production process from start to finish, ensuring quality standards are met and the final product aligns with the original design.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
