Fashion Designer-

Design & Creativity

• Develop fresh and innovative designs aligned with the Iris Couture brand identity.
• Create mood boards, sketches, and digital illustrations for each collection.
• Curate seasonal themes, fabric choices, and embellishment ideas.

Production Coordination

• Work closely with the production team, tailors, and artisans to bring designs to life.
• Oversee sampling and make adjustments for fit, style, and finishing.
• Prepare detailed technical sheets and specifications for each garment.

Quality & Fit

• Conduct fit trials and ensure garments meet our premium quality standards.
• Check and approve embroidery, fabric finishes, and trims before production.

Trend & Market Insights

• Stay updated on fashion trends and customer preferences.
• Suggest fresh concepts, cuts, and detailing to keep collections unique.

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Fashion Design.
• 2+ years’ experience in boutique, couture, or luxury fashion design.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric behaviour, and embellishment techniques.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW).
• Excellent eye for detail and ability to work to deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
