Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join Arsh Boutique. The ideal candidate understands current trends, can sketch and conceptualize new designs, and works confidently with fabrics, tailoring teams, and clients. This role involves designing collections, customizing outfits, and supporting production from concept to final garment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original designs for ready-to-wear and custom orders.
• Sketch concepts digitally or by hand; prepare detailed technical drawings.
• Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and embellishments.
• Work closely with tailors and pattern makers to bring designs to life.
• Manage fittings, make corrections, and finalize production-ready pieces.
• Research fashion trends, styles, and customer preferences.
• Coordinate custom orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain design archives, mood boards, and collection plans.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Fashion Design (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong sketching ability and understanding of garment construction.
• Knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
