Fashion Designer

About the Role
We’re hiring a fashion designer who knows the ins and outs of building apparel that looks good, fits well, and sells. If you’ve spent the past few years working on T-shirts, activewear, or similar everyday categories, you’ll feel right at home here. You’ll shape seasonal concepts, develop designs, and work with cross-functional teams to bring collections to life.

What You’ll Do

• Research trends, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes
• Create mood boards, sketches, and CADs
• Develop tech packs with clear construction and material details
• Work with sampling and production teams on fits, revisions, and final specs
• Collaborate with merchandising to make sure designs hit market and price expectations
• Manage the full design cycle from concept through production
• Communicate with vendors to maintain quality and timelines

What You Should Bring

• Minimum 4–5 years of design experience, especially in T-shirts, activewear, or casual apparel
• Strong digital design skills (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Solid understanding of garment construction, patterns, and fabrics
• A portfolio that shows creativity, range, and technical skill
• Ability to manage multiple projects without losing precision
• Comfort working in a fast, collaborative environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
