Fashion Designer

Purpose:-
To assist the founder in all practical, operational, fabric, sampling, and production-related tasks.
Responsibilities:-
Pattern development

• Creating accurate patterns for lingerie, corsets, tops, and formalwear.
• Garment construction methods and structural techniques

Technical assistance

• Assist in fittings and technical corrections
• Prepare basic measurement charts and cut sheets
• Machine and production setup support
• Advise on suitable sewing machines and attachments
• Help plan a small production workflow
• Suggest finishing methods for clean, professional garments

• Observe production and help solve minor technical issues

Team management support

• Help find and evaluate tailors or sampling helpers

• Communicate technical details to the team correctly

• Check quality, fit, and finishing

• Maintain timelines and ensure smooth workflow

(But not managing the entire team alone)
Founder's right hand support

• Work closely with the founder as long-term support

• Help convert creative ideas into practical plans

• Give honest, technical feedback.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect brand concepts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
