Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to conceptualize, design, and develop innovative clothing collections as per current market trends. The candidate will be responsible for creating original designs, coordinating with vendors and production teams, and ensuring high-quality output within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research current fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and market demands
• Develop new design concepts, sketches, and tech packs
• Select fabrics, trims, and accessories
• Coordinate with tailors, vendors, and production teams
• Conduct sample trials and fittings
• Ensure quality standards and timely delivery
• Maintain design documentation and product details
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams for product launches

Required Skills:

• Strong creativity and fashion sense
• Knowledge of garment construction and fabric types
• Proficiency in design software like Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW
• Attention to detail and quality control
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Fashion Designing or related field.
