Fashion Designer — Abaya, Apparel & Haute Couture

We are growing fashion house specializing in elegant modest wear, bespoke couture, and made-to-order designs" We're looking for a talented Fashion Designer with 3–5 years of experience to join our creative team and bring fresh, sophisticated designs to life—both for our collections and for individual clients.

What you'll do:

• Design original collections across abaya, ready-to-wear apparel, and haute couture pieces
• Create on-demand, made-to-order designs tailored to individual client requests and measurements
• Develop concepts, mood boards, sketches, and technical drawings from initial idea through to final sample
• Select fabrics, trims, and embellishments that align with our brand aesthetic and quality standards
• Collaborate with pattern makers, tailors, and production teams to ensure designs are executed accurately
• Stay ahead of seasonal trends, color forecasts, and modest-fashion movements
• Oversee client fittings and refine garments for fit, drape, and finish

What we're looking for:

• 3–5 years of professional fashion design experience, ideally including abaya or modest wear and/or couture
• Experience with custom / made-to-order design and working directly with clients
• Strong hand-sketching and digital design skills (Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop; CLO 3D a plus)
• Solid understanding of garment construction, draping, and fabric behavior
• A refined eye for detail, proportion, and embellishment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced studio
• A degree in Fashion Design or a related field (preferred)
