Fashion Designer Assistant

• Designing new products and collections while keeping the brand identity in focus

• Researching current fashion trends and adjusting ideas for both local and international markets

• Creating technical drawings, sketches, mood boards and design concepts for production use

• Selecting suitable fabrics, colors, trims and technical details for each design

• Coordinating closely with the production team and suppliers during sampling and development stages

• Reviewing samples and ensuring product quality meets brand standards

• Improving design details based on feedback and quality requirements

• Preparing creative presentations for upcoming collections and special design projects

• Previous experience as a Fashion or Product Designer, preferably in the apparel industry

• Strong command of design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Clo3D or similar software

• Ability to create hand sketches and technical drawings

• Good understanding of fabrics, textiles and garment manufacturing processes

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
