We’re Hiring: Fashion Designer (Female – Expert Level)

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and market-aware Fashion Designer to join our clothing brand. The ideal candidate should not only be great at designing but also have a strong understanding of current market trends—what’s selling, what’s not, and what will work for our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new clothing designs and concepts for our brand
• Share fresh design ideas every weekend
• Deliver 1 complete, production-ready design every 15 days
• Analyze the current market and fashion trends (what designs are trending and what are not)
• Create designs based on market demand, brand positioning, and target audience
• Work closely with our team remotely and align designs with brand strategy
• Prepare designs in a way that they can be easily sent for production

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Female candidate only
• At least a Graduation in Fashion Designing or a related field
• Relevant experience in fashion design is preferred
• Must have a strong portfolio to present in the interview
• Strategic thinker with strong market analysis skills
• Good understanding of local and international fashion trends
• Ability to meet deadlines and work with consistency

Interview Process:

• Interview will be conducted on-Site.
• Portfolio presentation is mandatory

Salary / Compensation:

• Salary will be based on experience and skill level
• For the right candidate, compensation is not a problem
