Fashion Designer Intern

This role involves the support the design team in developing new collections and samples, assisting in design conceptualization, fabric and trim selection, sample coordination, and research on current fashion trends. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about the end-to-end garment production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of design concepts, sketches, and mood boards.
• Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, trims, and styles for upcoming collections.
• Coordinate with the sampling team to ensure prototypes align with design intent.
• Support in sourcing fabrics, accessories, and embellishments as required.
• Maintain design documentation, specifications, and sample records.
• Participate in fittings, make notes on design adjustments, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing presentations, lookbooks, or catalog content when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good sense of style, color coordination, and garment construction basics.
• Strong research and presentation skills.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
