Fashion Designer – Kidswear (Girls)

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Fashion Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating digital fashion illustrations and hand-drawn sketches, as well as developing mood, color, and fabric boards to shape seasonal clothing collections for both kids and women.

• Design seasonal collections (Night Suits, Kaftans, Festive Wear, Co-ord Sets)
• Develop original prints, embroidery concepts, and silhouettes
• Translate inspirations into production-ready designs
• Fabric sourcing team
• Embroidery/CMT vendors
• Merchandising team
• Tech packs
• Mood boards
• Color palettes
• Oversee sampling and fittings
• Brand identity
• Cost targets
• Production feasibility

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of kidswear sizing & comfort
• Knowledge of:
• Fabrics (lawn, cotton, organza, net, silk blends)
• Embroidery techniques
• Print development
• Ability to sketch (hand + digital preferred)
• Software:
• Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop (preferred)
• Strong sense of:
• Color coordination
• Trends (local + international)
• Detail-oriented with strong execution skills

Experience

• 2–5 years in fashion design (kidswear preferred)
• Experience with Pakistani festive & casual wear is a big plus

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
