Fashion Designer officer

Overview

Job Details:

Design new fashion pieces for upcoming collections while maintaining alignment with the brand’s identity and style.

Research current and emerging fashion trends and adapt concepts for both local and international markets.

Create sketches, technical drawings, mood boards, and detailed design concepts for production purposes.

Select suitable fabrics, colors, trims, and define technical specifications for each design.

Collaborate closely with production teams and external suppliers during sampling and collection development stages.

Monitor product quality and refine design details to ensure collections meet brand standards and expectations.

Prepare creative presentations for seasonal collections and special design projects.

Contribute innovative ideas to improve design processes and strengthen overall collection storytelling.

Support fitting sessions and make design adjustments based on production and quality feedback.

Job Experience Requirements

Proven experience as a Fashion Designer or Product Designer, preferably within the fashion industry.

Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.

Ability to create hand-drawn concepts along with detailed technical sketches.

Good understanding of textiles, materials, and garment production processes.

Team-oriented mindset with the ability to manage deadlines effectively.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.
