Job Description

We are looking for a creative and passionate Fashion Designer to join our growing e-commerce brand.. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of style, fabric knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Research fashion trends, colors, fabrics, and market needs
• Design and develop seasonal collections and new styles
• Create sketches, mood boards, and design concepts
• Select fabrics, trims, and embellishments
• Coordinate with merchandising, production, and sourcing teams
• Oversee sample development and fittings
• Ensure designs meet quality, cost, and timeline requirements
• Stay updated with global fashion trends and competitor analysis

Requirements & Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or related field
• 2 to 3 years of experience in fashion/apparel design
• Strong creativity and aesthetic sense
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
• Good understanding of fabrics, patterns, and garment construction
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Outer wear / ethnic wear / western wear (customize as needed)
• Knowledge of textile sourcing and vendor coordination
• Trend forecasting and market awareness
