Job Description:
We are seeking a multi-talented and passionate designer to join our creative team. The role combines fashion design, textile design, accessories design, and print development, offering an exciting opportunity for a versatile individual who loves to innovate and experiment. The candidate will play a key role in designing garments, developing textiles, creating accessories, and producing unique prints that align with our brand’s philosophy of sustainability, heritage, and contemporary style.

Responsibilities:

• Research global and local fashion trends, colors, textures, and materials.
• Design and develop collections for apparel, accessories, and home textiles.
• Conceptualize and create print designs (digital and hand-rendered), motifs, and surface embellishments.
• Prepare mood boards, sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with artisans and production teams to translate designs into final products.
• Explore sustainable fabrics, natural dyeing, and eco-friendly processes for designs.
• Ensure brand consistency while adding innovative, market-ready collections.
• Assist in photoshoots, styling, and visual merchandising inputs when required.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Accessory Design, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of print development, surface design, and textile techniques.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and CAD software.
• Creativity, visualization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple projects with deadlines.
• Passion for sustainability, craft revival, and contemporary design.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
